Our admin team will arrange this for you on request. Taxi is the simplest option from Phuket International Airport to the Cape Panwa/Ao Yon area.

Ko Lon and Coral Island are close to Coco Pier. The island of Ko Lon is pretty unspoilt and we often build it into our course plans. We often teach anchoring here and then go ashore for lunch. WE may even arrange a picnic lunch here or at Coral Island weather permitting.

Yes. There is a wide range of accommodation around Ao Yon and Cape Panwa, from guesthouses to hotels.
Sail in Asia also has its own beachfront one-bedroom apartment at Ao Yon. We also can supply you with a list of good hotels and some guest houses that are all close by,

Our staff also have a list of recommended guest houses and hotels which you can be emailed on request. Before your arrival we'll provide Joining Instructions confirming your meeting location and arrival arrangements. Plus a lot of useful information about the course and such things as personal insurance. Our Admin staff are wonderful and if you have problems just contact them on Whats App for a solution to your issue or problem.

Accomodation in Phuket

It’s advisable to rent a car or motorbike as you can get around so much quicker by having your own transport.

Cape Panwa hotels, restaurants and guest houses are all only ten minutes away from CoCo Pier but the delightful Phuket town is 15-20 minutes away and has many fabulous restaurants and markets, temples etc.

Cars and motorbikes are widely available for hire in Phuket, and our team can provide information about local rental options.

Transport in Phuket

If you choose to find your own accommodation it will almost certainly have parking for cars or motor bikes but guest houses usually only have motor bike parking.

If you don’t use a motor bike we have good internet Taxi service (Grab and Bolt) as well as local taxis. Our admin staff can advise you on this

On your first day you will be advised by the Admin Team about where to meet and register and this is usually at Coco Pier. The admin team will register you at Coco Pier and this will become your shore base and departure point when you are doing on water instruction. Our staff are available on What’s App if you have any difficulties with where to meet or with transportation issues. They are extremely helpful and will do everything to ensure you are assisted if you have problems. Just call them.
